We want to make sure that you love your purchase as much as we do, so if for any reason you are not happy with your purhcase, we can happily offer you and exchange or refund within 14 days of your order. To complete your return, please notify us via email at email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the result of return application. If your refund has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase within three business days. Please allow three business days for the funds to appear in your account.
To report a faulty item, please email us the details and quote your invoice number in the email 'Subject' line. Faulty items will be replaced subject to availability or fully refunded!
- All items must not have been used and must be in their original condition, with any tags and labels still attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping fee and are not responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange.
- We do not accept responsibility for items returned that are lost in transit. To avoid this we recommend using a trackable shipping option
- If you've been sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
- Unfortunately sale items are non-refundable.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items, this is part of their character and what makes them so unique!
